We listen, interpret, and transform your needs into a visually appealing, functional, and brand-aligned concept. Our design process combines creativity, strategy, and technology so you can visualize the final result before it's built.

Briefing: We understand your brand and your goals

It all starts with a meeting or information exchange with the client. In this first step, we compile the complete project brief:

• What do you want to communicate?

• What products or services are you going to show?

• Who is your target audience?

• What brand image do you need to project?

• What kind of space do you have available at the fair?

This analysis allows us to create a proposal aligned with your business objectives, your visual identity, and the event's conditions.

From the briefing, our design team begins to shape the stand. We create a unique creative concept, carefully considering both the visual impact and the functionality of the space: service areas, storage, exhibition areas, meeting areas, etc.

The design is developed using professional CAD tools and combined with a detailed study of materials, lighting, graphics, furniture, and technology.

Once the basic design is defined, we create high-quality 3D renderings that allow the client to visualize the stand as it will appear at the fairgrounds: colors, textures, volumes, graphics, and lighting.

This allows for confident decision-making and fine-tuning of every detail before moving into manufacturing. The customer can:

• Request changes or adjustments to the proposed design

• Compare variants and distributions

• Approve the final design with complete confidence

After validating all the changes and adjustments, we deliver the final design, which will serve as the technical basis for manufacturing in our workshop. At this point, everything is defined: measurements, materials, finishes, graphics, lighting, and functional elements.
